Sunday services begin at 10 am. Services generally run for about 75 minutes.
Everyone is welcome and we warmly welcome those thinking about the Christian faith for the first time.
Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.
What happens on Sunday mornings?
Worship at Pilgrim is central to our community life.
In our Sunday worship we reflect together on sacred scripture within the context of our lives and culture, honouring diverse views as we deepen our relationship with God.
Our bible readings each Sunday are read in common with Christians of many traditions across Australia and around the world, and are based on the Revised Common Lectionary.
Our songs and prayers include both the old and the new! Getting to know music from other places and cultures is one way that we become open to the possibilities of diversity among us.
What do we believe?
In Christian worship we reorient ourselves to God, we recommit ourselves to the work of the risen Christ in the world, and we remind one another of the constant presence of the Spirit among us. We are confident in the promise of Scripture that we are the Body of Christ in this place, and that in our very act of gathering we will experience the presence of God.
